A halal-certified omega 3-6-9 blend combining fish oil, flaxseed oil and sunflower oil.
Each capsule provides a combination of marine and plant-derived oils, including EPA, DHA and ALA, alongside vitamin E.
The directions allow one capsule, one to three times daily with meals, so the serving can be adjusted within the stated product instructions.
This product is formally halal-certified.
Each capsule provides:
Fish Oil: 400 mg
Flaxseed Oil: 300 mg
Sunflower Oil: 290 mg
Vitamin E: 6.7 mg alpha-TE
Including:
EPA: 60 mg
DHA: 35 mg
ALA: 135 mg
The formula also provides omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids.
Fish oil provides the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.
Flaxseed oil provides ALA, a plant-derived omega-3 fatty acid.
Sunflower oil contributes omega-6 fatty acids, while the overall blend also provides omega-9.
We do not describe this as a "perfect" or "optimal" omega ratio. Different fatty acids have different roles, and a 3-6-9 blend should not automatically be assumed to be better than another type of omega supplement.
