Refund policy

At Khan Nutrition, we take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
Because our products are classed as food supplements, we’re unable to accept returns unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@khan-nutrition.co.uk within 28 days of receiving it. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide full instructions on how and where to send your return.
Please note that any items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund, including any delivery costs, within 3 working days of confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method — though please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

The quickest way to receive the item you need is to place a new order once your return has been accepted and refunded.
