A once-daily B complex providing all eight B vitamins, plus PABA.
B vitamins have a range of recognised roles in the body. For example, niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin B12 contributes to normal immune-system function, thiamine contributes to normal heart function, and riboflavin contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system.
The formula also contains 30 mg of PABA.
The capsules are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and they are halal.

What is a B complex?
The B vitamin family consists of eight recognised vitamins:
B1, thiamine
B2, riboflavin
B3, niacin
B5, pantothenic acid
B6
B7, biotin
B9, folate
B12
They have different functions, so it is better to think of a B complex as a group of related nutrients rather than one single ingredient with one single effect.
Taking a B complex also does not mean that everyone will notice a change in energy or how they feel. Benefits depend on factors including diet, nutritional status and individual circumstances.
What is PABA?
PABA, or para-aminobenzoic acid, is included in this formula at 30 mg per capsule.
It is sometimes grouped with B complex ingredients, but PABA is not one of the eight recognised B vitamins.
We would rather make that distinction clear than describe it as another B vitamin.
Directions
Adults: Take one capsule daily with food and water.
Take the capsule at least 4 hours before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
