What does 100% NRV mean?
NRV stands for Nutrient Reference Value.
It is a standard reference amount used on nutrition labels to help put the quantity of a vitamin or mineral into context.
So 100% NRV does not mean the tablet provides exactly 100% of your individual nutritional requirement.
It also does not mean you were previously deficient, that your diet provides none of the nutrient, or that taking more than 100% would necessarily be better.

Why include iron?
